Material Overview

Sublimated polyester is no match for Printable Sub Block! While traditional heat transfer vinyl can lead to dye migration from the sublimated inks, Printable Sub Block helps keep your prints looking crisp and clean by preventing the color of the garment from bleeding through.
Go Big with Large Format Printers
Created with large format printers in mind, Printable Sub Block can be used for high volume runs and oversized designs. Printable Sub Block works with Solvent, EcoSolvent, and Latex printers.
The Ultimate Team Player
Lots of sport apparel and activewear rely on sublimated polyester for coloring their garments- especially jerseys. With the advanced dye blocker built into Printable Sub Block, you can decorate motocross, soccer, and hockey jerseys with confidence!
The Perfect Digital Media for Sublimated Sports Garments
Standard digital media isn't formulated for use on sublimated polyester. If you apply a regular printable vinyl onto a sublimated garment, you'll get what's called "dye migration". This is when the sublimation inks bleed through the vinyl, causing your designs to look muddy or off-color. Printable Sub Block is specially formulated with a dye-blocking adhesive to keep your graphics looking sharp on sublimated polyester apparel!
  • Stops dye migration: Prevents sublimated ink bleed-through
  • Great for Jerseys: Keeps prints looking sharp on sports apparel
  • Large Format Compatible: Works with Solvent, EcoSolvent, and Latex printers
  • Premium Feel: Thin & Lightweight compared to competitor solutions
  • Low Temp: Applies at 280° for heat-sensitive fabrics
